Introduction to aluminum foil heat insulation coil:

Aluminum foil heat insulation coil is a new type of heat insulation product, by aluminum foil lamination + polyethylene film + fiber woven fabric + metal coating through hot melt adhesive lamination, with heat insulation, waterproof, moisture-proof and other functions. It has a very low solar absorption coefficient and can block most of the heat transfer. The products have been widely used in the roof and exterior wall of the building structure, play an excellent role in heat insulation.


Working principle of the product:

Heat transfer in building heat exchange shows three ways: conduction heat + convection heat <, radiant heat.

After the temperature of tile roof rises in summer, a large amount of radiant heat enters the room and causes the temperature to rise continuously, which makes the working and living environment extremely uncomfortable.


Aluminum foil coil solar radiation absorption coefficient (normal total radiation emissivity), very little radiation heat. Compared with other thermal insulation materials, aluminum foil thermal insulation coil large area laid, thermal bridge (cold bridge) is very good treatment, summer has excellent thermal insulation effect, winter has a good thermal insulation function, so as to truly achieve the purpose of energy saving.


Heat transmission route (without aluminum foil coil) : sunlight -- infrared magnetic wave -- heat energy hitting the tile to raise the temperature -- heat energy hitting the cast-in-place roof to raise the temperature -- cast-in-place roof to become heat source to emit heat -- indoor ambient temperature continues to rise


Heat energy transmission route (plus aluminum foil coil) : sunlight -- infrared magnetic wave -- heat energy hits the tile to raise the temperature -- the tile becomes a heat source to emit heat energy -- heat energy hits the surface of aluminum foil -- aluminum foil emits very little heat energy to maintain a comfortable indoor environment temperature
